My daughter was falling behind in math in 2nd grade. Meanwhile, she was ahead in reading. I was frustrated with the public school’s inability to help her with higher level reading, catch her up in math, couldn’t afford private school, and needed a suitable alternative. Entering the homeschool world, I have to admit, I was petrified. After being referred to, and contacting Mountain View, I realized they could give my child a fighting chance. We began with Mountain View’s diagnostic testing. The testing was extremely thorough and Mountain View customized my daughter’s curriculum based off her test results. We homeschooled with Mountain View from 3rd grade through 8th, and by the time my daughter entered the local high school (a whole year early), she entered Freshman year in a few honors classes, and made high honor roll. She is now entering Sophomore year in all honors classes. I attribute her success to Mountain View and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to make sure their child has no learning gaps. Mountain View was always there to answer any questions we had. They made us feel like family. On a five star scale, I’d give them a six.
