First you will need to fill out the student enrollment application. This application tells us who you are and information we need about your child or children you wish to enroll.

In addition to filling out this form we need you to fill out the record release form. You will print this form, fill out the relevant parts, sign and send to the last school that your child attended. Once we receive this form from the school we will continue to step 2.

If you would like you can download the Student application and record release form here.

The diagnostic test is designed to determine the academic level your child is currently at. Since this program is based on academic level instead of the traditional grade system your child may have "gaps" in his or her knowledge. We will determine the level of education and possibly assign PACEs to fill in these gaps of knowledge. The price for this diagnostic test is $30

After you receive the diagnostic test in the mail the parent or legal guardian will administer the test to the student. All information that is needed to administer the test to the student will come in a Parent Guide which will help you understand how to administer the test and what is expected as a home school family.

Once your student finishes the test you will send it back to us along with the first months tuition for proper scoring and placement.

This test is required for students who are coming from Grades 1 - 8. High school students will need to send in transcripts in order to be properly placed in the curriculum.

Your student will be placed at a level where he or she can be successful and still be challenged. Once the student has been placed he or she is responsible for working forward in the curriculum at their own pace.

After your student has started the PACEs and is becoming more comfortable with how the curriculum works, he or she may want to work at a faster pace. To prevent your student from having to wait for more curriculum between shipments, call us when he or she is starting their third PACE for the quarter.

We will keep track of the progress the student makes during his or her enrollment with us. At the end of each term we will send out "Progress Reports" so the student can see how far they have come and how well they are doing.
